The CEA provides evaluation services at the local, regional, national, and international levels with school districts, higher education institutions, educational Non-Governmental Agencies (NGOs), and Foundations focused on educational reform. In addition, the CEA offers evaluation training and capacity building services for various organizations to help enhance the probability that evaluation findings would lead to improvements in programs and policies.
CEA services include:
- Evaluation and grant proposal preparation consultation
- Needs assessment implementation
- Logic model/theory of action/program theory development
- Evaluation design (including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods)
- Data collection and analysis
- Evaluation capacity building (through training and/or consultation)
- Evaluation reporting and communication
